Looking for easy, nutrient-packed smoothies to energise your mornings, fuel your workouts, or satisfy your sweet tooth the healthy way? These three smoothies are simple to make, delicious to sip, and packed with nutritional benefits.
Why not try all three? Berry Blaze, Peanut Butter Explosion & The Shrek Smoothie!

1. Berry Blaze
This smoothie is antioxidant-rich, protein-packed, and perfect for post-workout recovery or a refreshing midday boost.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen berries (your choice)
½ cup almond breeze
1 serving protein powder (e.g. NPL strawberry cheesecake)
2 Tbsp chia seeds
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. If it's too thick, add a splash more almond breeze. Serve chilled and enjoy the burst of berry goodness!
Why you'll love it: The chia seeds offer fibre and omega-3s, while the berries bring in antioxidants. A balanced, tasty shake for any time of day.

2. Peanut Butter Explosion
Craving something creamy and satisfying? This one’s a peanut butter lover’s dream, with high protein to keep you full for hours.
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
75g Futurelife High Protein (we recommend the peanut butter flavour)
2 tsp peanut butter
½ cup almond breeze or fat-free milk
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Adjust with more liquid if needed. Remember, if you are trying to lose weight, don't overdo the peanut butter! While is a healthy fat, it does contain a lot of calories.
Why you'll love it: This smoothie delivers a steady energy release and muscle-repairing protein — perfect for breakfast or a post-workout meal.

3. The Shrek Smoothie
Don’t be scared by the green — this one’s fresh, zesty and naturally sweet! Great for digestion, immunity, and antioxidants!
Ingredients:
2 handfuls baby spinach
½ cup frozen pineapple
Squeeze of lemon
A few mint leaves
Ice
Instructions:
Blend until bright green and smooth. Add water if needed to adjust consistency.
Why you'll love it: It’s packed with vitamin C, iron, and gut-friendly fibre. A great way to sneak in your greens and feel refreshed!
